1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.


3. Use of the Service

3.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3.2. You must not:

  • Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to access or interfere with our systems, data, or networks.
  • Engage in any conduct that could harm the integrity, security, or availability of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. All content, code, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property ("IP") related to the Service are owned by or licensed to Infiltratech.
4.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our IP without prior written consent.


5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infiltratech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
5.2. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.


6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infiltratech, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.


7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Canada.
7.2. Any legal action outside arbitration must be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.


8. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada’s Competition Act, and international trade regulations.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
