5.2. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infiltratech, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Canada.
7.2. Any legal action outside arbitration must be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
8. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada’s Competition Act, and international trade regulations.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
